Refund policy
Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size — please use the size guide on each product before buying.
We will replace or refund any item that arrives:
- Damaged or defective, or
- Not what you ordered (wrong item, size, or print).
How to make it right:
- Email Jeffrey@particular-press.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll send a free replacement or a refund — no need to ship the item back.
Sizing: unisex tees, true to size; check the measurements per product. If you're between sizes, we note the recommended pick.
